I’m an original Italian, born in Southern Italy. My family has owned and operated numerous pizza restaurants where as a young boy, I acquired the skills and passion dedicated to Italian cooking.
I am still amazed sometimes that my first customer, back in 1989, still remains a true and loyal customer of Pizza Riviera today. The key to my success has been hard work, dedication and the genuine appreciation of my staff who take pride in being a vital part of what makes ‘Pizza Riviera’ so popular.
